LOL Chris....I dunno...so far so good....tomorrow is 55secs for the planks....and UGH I can barely hang on long enough for 50 LOL...the twists are easy for me but I have been doing those for months now.....and if anything just break it up into sets of whatever...and do it throughout the day :)...
