Okay....for the last three years we have done a Christmas card list. I have to say that I think it is totally AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I love getting cards from all around the world!!! It also gives us a sense of these people we talk with here everyday are more than just "IMAGINARY" :laugh:

We have done two different lists before:

1. SNAIL MAIL

(regular mailing out of cards) that can be made by you, someone else, bought...whatever you like..there is no right or wrong to this.

2. E-MAIL where you can make a card and just press SEND and you are done :bounce:


If you would like to participate, you can PM me your email and/or snail mail address and I will compose the list to send back out to everyone who participates. NO ONE ELSE WILL SEE OR GET THIS LIST.


DEADLINE TO PM ME THIS INFO IS NOVEMBER 19th
This will allow us time to work up our cards and try our very best to get them mailed out by DECEMBER 1st (email can be sent whenever you like before Christmas)
Remember it takes the mail longer at this time of year, plus it can take several days/weeks to get mail around the world.... "SNAIL MAIL":bounce:

So come on and sign up and let's exchange cards!!

If you do sign up, try very hard to send yours out, as others are doing this and looking forward to your card too!!!

And once you have sent your cards out, please come back to this thread to let us know that you have sent them so we can all be excited to watch for it!!!

If you have read this far and have participated before, I asked Nana if I could host this thinking that she might have more on her plate this year. She is letting me give it a whirl!!

Yes, you would mail one to everyone on the list if you chose snail mail-or email if you chose email.

I ll add this to my planning but hum ... you know the "thing" we often call LIFE, mine is kinda specialist of getting in the way of the plan... -I am not quite sure I am understandable here-

Val of course I will send you a reminder- You need to decide if you want to do email card (jpg file) or if you want to get a real life card- either way send me a PM and let me know- if real life- I will need to have your addy in the PM- I will send a list to everyone after the 19th, so people will know how many cards to make.

Ahhh I guessthe number will change my choice of "kind of card"
I had love to go for hybride... or Xmas card ... but if there are too many ... I might not have time to mmake them ...

Yes, the 19th of this month is the last day to join, I will send the list out on the 20th, in the morning. I am so excited.

I guess I should start creating a card? My family is leaving me for the week...I have a feeling I may get a lot of scrapping done this week. I need to make calendars too.

I am sending the list out as soon as I get replies from a few people. I am also going to verify that if you sent me an email and snail mail/ post address that you wanted to be on both lists. I have my paper card planned, but not my digital card!!

Okay! Just came from the post office ... if you were on the snail mail list, your card is on its way!!! If you were on both lists, I sent you a card because it's fun to get mail!

They are about to be ready, and will get your way early next week....
