October 21st is Get to Know Your Customers Day. We decided one day simply wasn’t enough time to get to know our amazing customers. One month probably isn’t enough time either but it’s a GREAT place to start!
Join us all month as we Get to Know more about our customers on our blog, in our forum, and on social media. The more we know, the easier it is to help you reach your family story telling or creative goals.

October Kick Off Question
I learned about digital scrapbooking by accident. I was looking for some fun elements to add to a slide show for a Mother’s Day video way back in 2008 or 2009. I found what I needed in a digital scrapbook shop that has since closed but it opened a door for me that has lead to so many other creative projects.
How did YOU learn about digital scrapbooking? Was it love at first sight or did it take you a while to warm up?
When we got internet back in 1998, I learned that there where something called mailing lists, and that you could join them. Found an American list about crafts, and that list became my school in many ways. It helped improve my English, and it introduced me to all sorts of crafts, I never heard of before. Among them scrapbooking. First I learned the traditional paper scrapping from them, but supplies where hard to find here in Sweden back then. Don’t know how many years later, but maybe around 2007, someone told me about digital scrapbooking, and I’ve never looked back.
