Thank you thank you everyone. I'm sure many of you know how good these messages make me feel because you've been the recipient of the same kind.
The news is not good. But I do believe in miracles and I only pray to accept what is in God's plan not mine.
This is what I put on FB, which sadly is the easiest way to get info to a lot of people. A mixed blessing I guess... Dick and I are going up later today and I will be in touch with the Patient Advocate. Fortunately, one of my dear friends has the same job at our local hospital and can advise me on what they can and can't do. Many hugs and love to all of you. Maureen

The mass behind Liz's left eye is considered a tumor. The drs did a biopsy of that as well as on the lump on her neck which is in her lymph nodes. The mri also showed a third lump/mass on her spine in her neck.
In addition she has been complaining of back ached just below her left shoulder blade.
The pathology reports probably won't be finished until Wednesday at least with today's holiday. The ENT drs - who were very very nice and gentle with her in doing the biopsies in her room - said she would most likely be visited by the Oncology staff afterwards. That tells me what I thought and what they seem to imply as these various lumps/masses/tumors are not considered as unrelated items.
Fortunately, she is pretty well medicated and not in acute pain. She is finally able to take ice chips and still cannot eat nor wants to, as of yesterday.
