Ok, so I actually didn't just use one for inspiration ...
wombat146 bowled me over.
I found this one first, and immediately fell in love with ... well, everything. The colors, the elements, and that sweet little bird:
But I couldn't really figure out a way to use it that wasn't a direct copy, so I kept looking, and found this:
Which is just so much my style/taste/aesthetic that I had to pick it. But that sweet little bird kept calling me ... and then I remembered the paper pack I recently bought, and thought, hmm, why not both?
It was still hard to not do a direct copy, but I tried to just keep it at the bird(s), the stacked paper, all the lovely bits stuffed under the book, and the simple color scheme.
