I love the purple coneflowers and other summer flowers neighbors grow and also love to photograph them. This flower was probably just past its prime but looked so perky.

This is stunning! Love the photo blended into that lovely background. Super colors and lines.

I've apparently used up my spring ideas this month on my perfect day for the Vicki Robinson challenge, but no double dipping! Still, here's a peek:

It's still so green here that I don't really want to think too much about autumn, but here are some thoughts.

Autumn is often so beautiful but a little heartbreaking too knowing what it leads to.

The best I can offer is to go out with someone who can help you and point out where birds are. Also, sit in your backyard and practice patience. Practice looking at birds you can see without them too. While sitting in the yard try looking at flowers, trees, fence posts, etc. at different...

It's both a joy and sometimes too hot in summer.

I love a lot about summer including time off from club responsibilities, but NOT the heat. So far only a few too hot for me days this summer, but there's plenty of time left. The texture is from an inner bevel on a layer of dandelion brush "painting".

Colored pencils laid out were tempting for a photo and now I'm glad to have it. The box is super with a magnetic closure and just fits my pencils. The mixed media collage is done with them in part.

I'm another working in PSP so followed directions as best I could. Still very fun and interesting.
