Karen Schultz , Use it all challenge for March 2024
I used a blended overlay on the most bottom paper, to make it match the photo better.... fyi the black bar across the center is the shadow of the balcony above. If you look closely you can see it...the wall was in 3 sections.
OK... Here is my first.... Have a couple more in the works that I want to go ahead and finish... this one is differnt from the others posted, but when I found that paper in my stash, I HAD to use it...
I am blending the photo into the background, looking at all the blending modes, but that does not seem to be what you and others are doing... I did try the saving thing, and got to the point of merging and had no idea what I was merging... I did get the clipboard, but wasn't sure what to do with...
Boy everyone sure jumped on this one....I have been playing, have a few things in the works...got interrupted with life... yep at midnight!!! So many notes and hints, here now, I will come back tomorrow, and read them all... and get something posted.... Love learning new things. My problem is...
It worked perfectly for me , until the final step of adding more of the 50% grey layers... each one I added made it more dark and grey speckled... all on overlay blend... your image came out with smooth skin and white, mine is unusable all grey ... thoughts??? Liz
Great use of those cool overlays... I love how you found a photo that perfectly fits the chair... no one would know it wasn' t entirely real... AI who??? No need for it! or maybe, that is how you did it...??? anyway... cool.
I just posted my fiunal page... Made sure I stayed up to date on the games... But tonight as I was posting my final link, and checking my list twice., I found that my line 8 had totally disappeared from my tracking thread... I knew I had done the games so went and looked and have posted the 2...
OK.... Time to say, enough is enough and consider this done.. Every time I look at it, I make more tweaks... This could go on forever.... Life has also more than gotten in my way.... this was fun, but glad it is done.... (the event, not the challenge)
