i hope it's OK to mention the name of a company here. if not, i'm assuming my post will disappear, which i completely understand. just wanted to tell you a little story about me, $60 worth of 12x12 prints, the United States Post Office and Persnickety Prints. last week i ordered 30 12x12 prints from Persnickety. eeep.$60! that was a really big print order for me. BUT, when the prints arrived, even though "DO NOT BEND" was stamped all over the box, the good ol' Post Office managed to totally CRUSH one of the corners of the box. and every one of my 30 prints had one corner totally trashed. i called the Post Office. ha. never mind. they said because it wasn't "INSURED" there was nothing they could do, and that boxes got crushed in their machinery all the time. (don't you just LOVE knowing that??) basically: sorry, lady. it stinks to be you. then they suggested i contact Persnickety. i said:WHY?? THEY didn't do anything! but i contacted Persnickety and told them the story, just in case. well, guess what was on my porch this morning? $60 worth of brand-y new prints, courtesy of Persnickety.
now THAT is what i call Customer Service. and i also call it kind.
