Amazed DH how close he could get without scaring off the Black-capped Chickadee at our feeder. He got really nice photos of this one.

As always, the long drive started at 3 am, and we were making a stop at Colorado City at sunrise. We found bacon and eggs at Monument's gas stop and a better exit to Range Cafe. I took photos of New Mexico sunflowers at 80mph, read news and gave to Winter Clothing for Ukraine over the road.
