Challenge # 4 - template

The foundation was made by blending two papers with paint layers added. The photo plus 2 duplicates were clipped to the frame mask and two fotoblendz and grouped. Paint Overlays were placed below the photo group along with some elements. Other elements and word art were placed above the photo group.
