This is a fine bunch of friends! I'd love some quail around here...they ARE here, just reclusive, unlike the wild turkeys.... No jackalopes visiting you, I take it?
This is too cool! I am going to lift this concept and do some shapes the next time I'm eating pizza with my grands. I just love how you're coming at this from such a mindful place. And that pizza is involved in your mindfulness is just icing on the cake!
Oh c'mon! This is beyond cute! I love that stitched heart in the center and all the photos. The embellishments on the right are perfect--not overdone, just exactly right. Bravo!
You do such a great job of capturing Oz's growth and discovery. A true documentary treasure...imagine him looking back at Young Oz when he's a truculent teenager sitting on his bed with his music blaring and his door locked. Or maybe he'll skip that stage (none of mine skipped that stage).
Excellent quote and lovely visual to go along with it. If you do wildflowers again, try some annual milkweed and cosmos (both reseed like crazy)--at least here in NY they bloom through frost. Others are truly ephemeral though. Great use of this release!
This is a template layout using all the parts included in the new Ephemeral Release...it just worked out that this collection was the perfect set of digital supplies to help me document how my kids got a new couch. Buying furniture is a big decision, but there was no denying that Llewyn helped...
You caught that it was a shadow. Good eyes! And yes, it really came together fast. The plumbers are Harana's (and invested in keeping the family happy) and my SIL works out his nervous baby's-coming! energy by doing DIY stuff.
The continuing saga of a closet-to-powder room transformation in our new/old (1876) farmhouse. (The spread before this in the album shows the construction process photos and the “before” room.) I liked the Hinge collection for this layout because the greenery coordinated with the plant on the...
Walt's a smart guy. I wouldn't do it either...it's so much better to just plan and point (and pay) from my armchair. Having a motivated SIL is the key to DIY, I've found--and my SIL is VERY motivated, as he wants the house to be just so for the new baby!
That's 'tato craziness if ever I heard, and definitely scrapworthy! Maybe that's what drove the price of my 6-piece chicken nuggets, small fries, and small soda to be over $11 at the McDonalds on the Thruway (though the same meal is about $5 at my local Mickey D's).
A FotoInspired spread about adding a powder room to our old/new (1876) farmhouse. Some challenges, since old houses don't typically have spaces in walls and floors to rough out a new system, but overall it was surprisingly smooth sailing in large part to my dynamo SIL. The photo of the original...
