Sunday we went places to see ducks, geese and other water birds. We forgot that we might also see the reintroduced Trumpeter Swans so they were a delightful surprise.

Here's my balancing act interpretation.

The image of vibrant patter versus textured white seems to show the balancing act we go through.

I thought of this challenge as soon as I saw this image in the camera view finder!

Out late in the afternoon to take photos of the lawn, my camera showed strange images with shadows on the driveway. I captured this one which made me think balance looked uncertain like one might be falling off the edge of the world.

I've probably only done one new mixed media in the last eight days, but here are the photos up to date. The last one is really nice as the "Easter bunny" showed up early in our yard about 7 pm. We hadn't seen one here in weeks and then poof, just when needed. I started these with the totally...
