Started with solid paper for my base
Added fotoblendz
Placed my image three times (high pass filter and played with blend modes)
Moved photos above fotoblendz and clipped to mask
Added wordart and elements as shown
Placed solid paper layer on top, to bring colour tones together
Using ideas from Creative Artistry with ToolSets, placed numerous brushes to add interest to my layout
