Where, in this world?

On my bucket list is an African safari but I don't think I'll ever make it there, too expensive and my hubs doesn't want to go. But you never know, I may get there someday.
 
It would have to be done when teleportation is real b/c I would never last the trip on a plane, but New Zealand and Australia. Hands down.
 
I want to visit the UK, and my favorite places there are Wales, Scotland, coast villages, and I really really want to visit Ireland too!
 
On my bucket list: New York, National Parcs ... but I'm afraid it will stay on my list ...too expensive for us
 
I have Croatia on my bucket list! Would love to do the British Isles too! I keep buying those lottery tickets so maybe one day????
 
too many to list as never been out the country plus there are many in USA would love to visit too.
 
I want to go everywhere. My ultimate dream is to literally just pick a place and go and explore letting my heart/interest lead the way.

I love NYC and never get in as much as I would like. It is a long day and expensive. But to looks and see everything- I am a people watcher - so much fun.


Don't bother coming to the USA now-- most of our National Parks are closed because of the shutdown. :( My son is in California right now and one of the big things he wanted to do was to see the Redwoods and Sequoias. He was able to go to a state park but those redwoods are "babies."



I would like to wanted around Europe to see places of history and the museums. Being such a young country, we don't have much of that here and the settlers wiped out so much of America's real history of its First Nations.

I also would "like" to see the Auschwitz memorial. I would not "like" it but I think it is important part of human history and shame.
 
I would like to go north, norway ? I would like to see the northern lights, spot whales etc. Experience the long days when the sun does not go disappear or the days it does not show!
Maybe that would be two trips?
 
My daughter and I are heading to the Rhine to do a riverboat cruise from Basil to Amsterdam then hopping over to Yorkshire in the UK to visit my cousin in August. Other than that I don't travel much as hubby doesn't like to fly.
 
I would be all about Australia and New Zealand, like Chris. I like flying so that wouldn't stop me. The lack of money would. :cry:
 
I have already been overseas and did a boat cruise in Europe from Prague to Paris and it was WONDERFUL!!! and then my sister and I went to the UK and that is where I met up with some of the Cheery O's, including Diane and her O designer daughter Maya in London! The other Cheery O's are no long here but boy, that was one fabulous day and I still remember the great day we had Diane and Maya!!! Can't believe it will be 7 years this year since that happened!!!!


Anyways, once place I did see on the UK bus trip was Scotland but we were only there for two days so I would LOVE to go back there and actually live there for say 3 months or so! *sigh* one day when I win the lottery I guess!!! :)


And Danesa, Prague is just stunning! You remember Romy from Studio Romy ?(a designer here at the O a couple of years back), well I met up with her in Prague as that was her home town and she showed my sister and I around one day, it was such a great time! I hope you get to go one day, it truly is a magnificent city to visit!
