Ugh - Stress!!

I have come to the conclusion that I have to sell my home and relocate myself and my two daughters to something more affordable. Any positive thoughts and/or prayers would be greatly appreciated.

a) I need the house to sell
b) I need to find a reasonable rental (good location, mouse free, etc would be a plus)

and

c) I need it to happen at the same time.

Nothing like being an overachiever, right?
