AND there is a posting RULE you know EVERYONE!! there is NO NEGATIVITY allowed, as someone already said, just doing one will put a smile on someone else's face!!! and cause I am the oldest here you all have to respect your elders and do as I say!! hahhaa!! :)

She is so sick, she even has them in her mouth. There is 1 coming on her eyelid.. I wish I could take them in her place.. But well.. about a week.. and I hope she feels better!

I just saw this and I had them as an adult (I was 23 and 6 months pregnant, I was pretty miserable). Anyway, the pharmacist made me a concoction of maalox and benedryl to swish around my mouth...not to drink. It helped some.

I've had a slow day Kat...don't work too hard tomorrow!

And I love each and every single post! And, can I admit it, when my layouts get love I am so happy.

New day overhere, I have to finish my cake, and than DH planned on going to the childrens farm :)
 
Don't panic Ona ... I'm here ... just "lurking" a bit on the forum fringes ... my BIL is visiting this week so I'm not getting a lot of time to play ... boo-hoo ... things are gonna get even tougher from next Monday because .... drumroll please .... I got the job I was applying for .... yeah me ... lets hope this one lasts longer than my last job!!!
 
Thanks Yvonna. I'm a customer service team leader / supervisor / manager by trade and my new job is leading a team of 7 administrators. It doesn't sound terribly exciting I know, but I always think customer service is under-rated, yet we all complain when we receive poor service, so it's important to get things right!

Yes and no ... when I first created my blog, I wasn't sure if I'd actually update it regularly enough, I guess I wasn't sure if I'd use if "seriously" & I also didn't think anybody would actually visit & therefore want to leave any comments (LOL!!!) so I didn't think there was much point allowing comments. But I've been toying with the idea of allowing comments recently ... has anyone ever had any bad experiences (i.e. nasty remarks etc) & if so, how do you deal with them?

Cake is almost finished.. Gosh, I didn't know it was a 2 days project :lol:
Next time I'll make the ganache a day befor. Put the cake in the oven that evening. So the next morning I can start finishing it.

Children's farm was not that good. We went there last year. And it was so nice! Now it was to hot, and alle the animals were hungry and thirsty :?

KWYM about the Farm....we try to plan zoo trips when it's cooler...because the animals don't want to get up when it's hot...

Congratulations on your new job Sue! :) That's really great!!! About the blog, I think you are with Blogspot, aren't you? If so, you can allow comments with the option of approving before showing them at your blog. ;)

Everybody is doing great! And I agree with you... no negativity allowed here!!! :)

Yvonna, I'm glad your baby girl is better now! I would like to taste that cake too! :)
 
I didn't realize this thread was so exciting. I am so here now!! 3 pages already and it is only the 6th. I think you guys will just get your counts in here. LOL!!! Okay, so this month I am a guest Cheery-O so I need to get my posting up so I will definately make my goal of 3000 this time.

I had a blog for a long time and stopped recently because I couldn't keep up. I rarely got a spammer. If you have blogger - there is a function where you can turn on the moderation, which means you would approve all comments before they actually hit the blog so you can screen it :)
 
Yikes....sorry Sue...I didn't see Soco's post *LOL* I guess I only get 1/2 a post for that last one :)

You both explained it brilliantly for Sue F. It's just that I have found myself at your blog a couple of times of late Sue and gone to write "oh wow" or something else earth shattering and realised I couldn't. No biggie. (loved your London photos ;)

yayayayayaa!!Sue's here!!! and FANTASTIC news on the new job!! really really hope that everything works out ok sweets and lots of congratulations! customer service huh!! I am in training so there are a few customer service principles that we have to adhere to, otherwise I'd be telling my blokes to just shut up and get on with it!!! hahha!!! :)
