my mouse is acting all goofy i can't get it to do anything right right now...i've changed the batteries but its still like jaggey when i try to use it.....

Try downloading the driver for it again....sometimes files get damaged....I have had that happen to me before....and when I download the driver again...it works fine.

Try restarting your computer too. Sometimes, it's a memory issue and that will help.

LOL yep thats what it would be!! i anything i got another mouse sitting right next to me if i do end up smashing it!! but so far the computer seems to be working better since i got all my files off of it...maybe it was just bogged down and couldn't handle it all?
