Hi everyone. I'm Sandy from the Florida Keys! Been living here since 1988 with a 7 year break to live in PA and then right back here since 2003. I operate my own copy/print shop and digi keeps me sane.
 
Oh, I forgot to mention..I have a 20 year old daughter who has a faint memory of snow and can't wait to leave paradise....lol. I guess the saying is true, you want what you don't have.

My print store has been open nearly 7 years and I guess the main thing I miss is paid vacations. It's hard work but I call the shots...LOL

We got lucky and moved recently to a condo with an open view of the water...still pinching myself and we just added a family member about a month ago...A Maltese/ Shih Tzu mix named Delilah. You will see photos as time goes on. I need to scrap more.....

You and I can be declared BFFs already. I've driven the Keys and loved them...had a DD and her family in PGH, PA for several years, so was often there (& actually loved much of it), and I use elipses (...) as if they were free! LOL! Welcome to The O. You will love it here. Looking forward to some Key Lime Pie and some gorgeous scenic shots in the gallery. (Yes. we do send Cyber Treats to each other...Chris is in charge of the Cyber Coffee Stand.)

Anytime your DD wants to trade beach for snow, she can take my place. I HATE snow and LOVE the shore. I would have to bring my dogs with me, however, but they are both very friendly mushes. I post lots of LOs with my dogs since my kids- 20 and 18- don't like me taking pictures of them anymore.
1. Coffee - Check
2. Beach- Check
3. Dogs - Check.
I think I might have fight Shar for BFF status :pound:

I'm with you. I've been living in South Florida for 15 years and I think the only other place I'd want to live is Hawaii.
