It's raining!! Real, true, wet rain!!!!

Not just a few sprinkles or mist. Not a downpour that lasts only 5 minutes and evaporates the minute the sun comes back out.
But rain, actual widespread, steady rain!!
My "lawn," my garden, my well are drinking it in!

I know that so many people are living in drought-stricken areas, do you ever get over the feeling of joy and relief when it rains?

I think in Belgium where I live it was almost 2 months ago that it rained .... last night we had a thunderstorm ... with a lot of rain .... If it hadn't thundered I would have sat outside ... .
Around midnight the thunderstorm was over and today it was dry and warm again .... Thunderstorms are forecast again for this evening ....
The temperature would be less high in the second half of the week ....

We had a nice rain on Sunday, but now back to warm and dry. We sure could use a few days of rain, but that will happen soon enough when the October/November storms come and the tap won't shut off LOL.

that's the scary flip-side, who knows if the "regular" weather patterns are going to hold?

We are supposed to be getting rain for the next three afternoons. I am hoping for at least one. Normally, all the rain during rainy season drives me nuts but this year the rain has been avoiding us.

Hahaha! It actually has only shown up 3 bodies so far, but one they do think was a mob hit back from the 70s!
