We change next weekend too. I wish it would stay at Daylight Saving Time. For me, I am tired no matter what time I wake up or what the sky looks like. Sun/dark-- until I get coffee it might as well be middle of the night.
I really dislike it when it is dark at dinner time. I end up feeling like I should be in bed at 5 pm.
I disliked it even more when I was working. I would leave my house at 7 am (full dark) and get home at 6 pm (also dark). It was so depressing.
It doesn't help that I have a hard time seeing and driving in the dark- I have no depth perception at night and the lights really bother my eyes. Not that I drive at night on a regular basis, it just makes it that much harder when I have to
