Is your time going to change?

I'm in The Zone ~ The "O" Zone
Our does and "Falling Back" always messes with my head. I dread the coming of darkness even earlier than usual!

How about you? If your time changes, do you like it/ not like it/doesn't really bother you?
 
We are falling back too - we just had a referendum about it and it narrowly got voted to stay (like 50.1% vs 49.9% said to stop changing clocks twice a year). I hate it because I have little kids lol

I really wish they'd leave it alone, but that's just me. I used to hate it too when my kids were little.

That must be why I'm waking up earlier. LOL I just started doing that recently and I don't like it.
 
We change next weekend too. I wish it would stay at Daylight Saving Time. For me, I am tired no matter what time I wake up or what the sky looks like. Sun/dark-- until I get coffee it might as well be middle of the night.
I really dislike it when it is dark at dinner time. I end up feeling like I should be in bed at 5 pm.
I disliked it even more when I was working. I would leave my house at 7 am (full dark) and get home at 6 pm (also dark). It was so depressing.

It doesn't help that I have a hard time seeing and driving in the dark- I have no depth perception at night and the lights really bother my eyes. Not that I drive at night on a regular basis, it just makes it that much harder when I have to
 
Yes, we will be changing back this coming weekend. I hate when it changes as it takes my body a few weeks to get adjusted.
I wish we would stay on standard time and never change. Arizona has the right idea.

Both of these are me - I leave my house at 6:45, so for 6 months of the year I drive to work in the dark. for 3-4 months I also drive home in the dark at 4:30-5ish. I had Lasik eye surgery 4 years ago and while I wouldn't give that gift back for the life of me, I see halos pretty bad so the night driving sucks (I have a 30 minute commute each way, so lots of time driving).

I can't see in the dark, either and can't drive at night now. It just stinks!!! The depth perception is just gone! I'm with you, I wish we'd stay on DST all year!

Me too, Kay! My husband says "it's all in my head" but it isn't! I'm screwy for weeks after we fall back.
 
Both my hubs and I feel “off” for at least a week or so when the time changes and it affects the dogs too. It’ll be interesting and probably frustrating to see how Remi handles it. Her Aussie brain wakes her up like clockwork every day so that means on Sunday I will probably be woken up at 5 instead of 6...ugh.

Just adding a big AMEN to this.

I hate the change (we changed last Sunday). Messes with my sleep & medicine routine, and it takes a week or two to adjust every time - no matter if we move time back or forth. Just plain hate it. HATE.

I'm so glad it's not just me. It takes me awhile to adjust.

I hate it and I complain all winter. I don't udnerstand why we still do this. It is an antiquated law and no states will change it and the federal government doesn't want to deal with it either. I wish my state would change
 
Yes, we “fall back” in Vegas and I hate it. I hate it being dark in the morning and dark at night. Depresses me!
