((hugs)) So sorry for your loss. I recently lost my father and it is difficult, but I find scrapping pages about him and loss is very cathartic, which is one of the reasons scrapping is important to me. I can release emotions. Take care.
 
WELCOME back...so sorry for your loss!!! I scrapped after my father passed a few years aog...it did help some...
