GRATITUDES - Thanksgiving 2010 version

Awww ladies these are fab!!

Sue
- I would so die to meet everyone!!! That would be the loudest most fabulous time ever!!!

Today I am thankful for:
1. Clean rugs - to help my son's allergies.
2. Smiles - gosh they just make you feel good don't they?
3. Innocence of a child - never ceases to amaze or teach me something!
4. DD New Peppermint Mocha coffee that I can brew at home!!!! Need Caffeine!

Today I am thankful for:

MY HUSBAND!!! He did not go hunting today to help me, because I asked him to. I had Jaiden for three days due to Traci being really sick and have not gotten anything done for Thanksgiving....so him being here today has been a HUGE help!!!!

Also for getting the grocery shopping done today. Was worried there for a bit!!! Running out of time for the big turkey day!!!!

I am thankful that last night Miss Jaiden slept without waking me so I got 8 hours of sleep.

I am thankful that I am so blessed to have the most fabulous grandchildren in the world...truely they are so wonderful and I love them so much!!!

I can't believe I haven't popped in here. I love it...

Today I am thankful for snuggles at night with little ones who climb into my bed.

Today I am thankful that both my boys will be home for a meal together and that we are able to share our table and our bounty with others who are not able to be with their families.

I emailed this to my brother and SIL:
I am not going to say happy thanksgiving. I wouldn't find anything to be thankful for at the moment if I were in your shoes.
However, as your sister, I do have a few things that I am thankful for that I would like to share with you both.

I am thankful that I have you both in my life. I am thankful that i am your sister and that you are able to share good times and horrible times with me.

I am thankful that you have the courage, strength, perseverance and compassion to get you through this. You might not feel like you have those things, but I can see them. They are there.

I am very thankful that the love that you have for each other will help you to heal, will make you stronger with each other. If you can survive this, there is nothing that can tear you apart.

There is much more I can say, but just know that I love you both so very much.

Ah Chris...I know that will bring them some measure of comfort today! You're a great sister, mother, wife, daughter, friend... I'm thankful for you!
