Thanks so much, Vicky - we appreciate it!So sad. Just now seeing this, Cheryl! Praying the vet can figure out what is wrong and that the outcome is a good one!
Yes, that is good news, Zanthia!! I just feel like she'll make it through this.great news she made it thru the night - i hope she continues to get better
Yes, we're so happy that she made it through the night. She is THE cutest dog and so sweet.good news that you make it through the night! Hope the vets find out what wrong with her! Such a cutiepie!
Yhanks so much, Chris. They're still running tests and they haven't ruled out cancer. That's great to know about the Mushroom extract - you KNOW I'm a huge believer in that kind of thing. It sure would be worth a try. I had a St. Francis of Assisi dog medal overnighted and it's supposed to be here today. When our Bailey had cancer, they told us to take him home and love him because there wasn't anything else they could do for him. I went and bought him one of those and put it on his collar and he lived for a year and half. Coincidence? I don't believe it was. That's wonderful news, Cheryl! It must have been wonderful to hear about the tail wag. I am guessing they are giving her IV fluids and antibiotics? Will you guys get to visit her? Give her lots of love from us if you do.
If it is cancer (*knocks wood it is not*) check out mushroom extract as a supplement. I used New Chapter Reishi Mushroom extract for Harley. I swear it worked. (Along with adopting another dog but I can't rec that, you already have a bunch of them on the compound LOL!) I looked really quickly online and that brand doesn't have the liquid anymore but there might be another brand to give a try. I gave her either a dropper or a half dropper mixed with her food. Can't remember --but again, I am sure there's info to read up on it.
Thanks so much, Ana. We're all trying to stay positive - that's the best way we can be. Thanks for the moral support.I´m glad to ear that she is recovering!! keep thinking positive, she with be ok. I will continue to pray for her.
Thank you SO much, Veronika. We're holding positive thoughts. Yes, she's a cutie.I send my best wishes and fingers crossed, what a sweet little doggie♥♥♥
Thank you so much, Ona. We've been practicing nothing but positivity and up until last night, we thought it was going to help. Please see my next post.Just catching up on Marley's progress and so happy to read about her positive progress!! Sending lots of positive vibes that it isn't anything serious and I totally believe that positive thoughts, prayers and all things natural can work miracles!
Chris, I'm c/p this so I can find it. I'm up for trying anything. That's wonderful news, Cheryl! It must have been wonderful to hear about the tail wag. I am guessing they are giving her IV fluids and antibiotics? Will you guys get to visit her? Give her lots of love from us if you do.

Thank you so much, Angie. I'm praying that they can help ease this awful loss of a beloved pet especially one that just turned a year old.I'm so sorry that your family got this devastating news, Cheryl. It's almost unheard of for a dog as young as Marley to have cancer, but you can never say never.
Laps of Love is a wonderful service, from everything I've heard. I hope that your family can find some peace.
Thank you so much, Evelyn. I know the're only dogs, but they're such a big part of our lives - as are all of our pets. Thanks for the article - I will definitely read it. It's just so hard to understand why a pet that young has to be taken, but I guess that's just the way it goes. It's still so devastating.Oh, Cheryl! I am so very sorry to hear the news about your granddoggie! I will be praying for Marley and your family. This is such a hard time! I found an article that has information that might help.
Much love, hugs and prayers!

I’m so sorry to hear about your DIL’s niece! How heartbreaking!Ohh C. I am sorry to hear this. We all hope for life to be long and good. But sometimes it is good and short. My DIL lost her 11 month old niece two years ago this next week to SIDS. Then she lost her dog of 13 years. Life- short and long, but precious and good. Maybe you can round up the photos of Marley and do a canvas print? Hugs, prayers and hope.
