I'm freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Well, I am free for the most part. The appt went fine, the bone is showing the right amount of remodeling. Pain levels/range of motion/muscle strength are all where they should be. I am cleared for normal activity and low-level hiking. No rock scrambles (not that I do them often anyway) just yet but the trails at work are fine. He kept cautioning me that I need to be careful not to roll my ankle or fall and to go slowly at first.
*fist pump*
I texted my friend as soon as I got home to see if she wanted me to come next week to clean her house-- it's been months. She texted me back so fast!

I have a busy weekend/next few days. The shower is today and tomorrow, we are going to my mom's for Mother's Day. I have to get her something-- maybe just flowers. I don't have any other ideas and no extra money. I know she never expects anything, but I can't go empty-handed either. Monday is the Lyme doctor for Gary and me. Squeeze in Cheery O work and lesson planning for Tues and the next field trip and the schedule is packed.
I got a few texts yesterday from the intern who was covering for me on the Pod field trip. He had a couple of last-minute questions since the weather was calling for heavy rain all day. Then he updated me with some pics and said that the day went great. I love it when a plan goes off smoothly.
I don't know if I have time to blow my hair out stright or if I should leave it a curly mess today. If I can do brief personals I shoud be able to blow it out.
Any bets on whether I can stop rambling too much?
