One week, almost done.... a few more hours and then the weekend. And then, I get to work all day tomorrow at the garage sale! You know by Sunday I am going to be wiped out completely. :help:

The kids are exhausted too. Cait has been avg-ing about 2-3 hours of homework each night. Scott is able to get most of it done at school, but gets fatigued so easily still.
I have been seeing on their friends' FB pages how tired everyone is. Hope that they get used to it soon.

Laurie- Yeah, FLYLady is good until you get swamped with all of the emails and stuff. But I do try to keep with the philosophy if nothing else. That 15 minute theory is a good one. How did your decluttering go yesterday?

Uh oh Nana linda was w/o internet! ! Go get Verizon!!

Krista- hope your kids moved faster for you. I hate starting the day out yelling at them, but some mornings its the only think that gets them going!

Laurie-- *drooling over those recipes*
I would have eaten too much too!

Trudy- I am sure that work will be easy as pie for ya! HJave fun today!

Okay....we are back online AGAIN!!!:D No time to play today BOOOOO!!!

I have mountains of things to do...we are off to TN this evening!! So there should be MANY MANY pictures of my other two grandsons!! YAY!!! Main reason for going is to see Jacob play football....we have only seen him play once.

Good morning ladies. I am off to a play group called Friday fun days. It should be fun. So vie had an interesting couple of days. Homeschooling has been a little rough. I mean I enjoy it and Ethan could thrive in it but he isn't focusing or putting in the effort. We have always been watching him for ADD but since he isn't hyper active I didn't think about it too much and sine my mom knows "everything" she keeps telling me he's fine. Well, last night we were doing some science and Derek came to the conclusion that we need to have him tested. If anybody knows what to look for it is Derek. He grew up with ADHD but was never medicated until he was an adult. He barely graduated from high school because he couldn't get hi self to care enough about school. The class he still talks about and loved he still only got a B in. Fast forward 15 years when he went to nuclear medicine school add aderal and he graduated with a 97% I believe at the top of his class. So he knows the difference it makes. So we were working on science and it took Ethan an hour to grasp a simple concept because he just couldn't keep focused and we've been having the same issue with anything English related. Math he just zips right through and he's awesome at spelling but anything he has to pay attention to he's making me crazy. I've been dealing pretty well with it, but that can only last so long. I am so bummed. I thought we were off the hook with Ethan and just had to watch Addie.

So, to make life more interesting in our world...two nights ago we were in bed at 12:30 like normal people although we were up gabbing when we heard the doorbell ring. WTH? So we raced downstairs and I looked out the window and there is some dark blob of man on my porch so I turned on the light and it was a dark skinned police officer. Why do they have police officers where black or dark blue at night? Anyway, so he was looking for someone who we think lived here before us. But it freaked me out. After we said he didn't live there he couldn't get off our porch fast enough. It was kinda weird. So the next morning I was in the shower and Ethan comes in saying that a police officer was at our door. I told him to tell him to wait a few minutes I'd be down soon. Ethan was good and didn't invite him in or anything. So it turns out they are looking for this guy for not paying child support or something along those lines. Doesn't surprise me. As it turns out we are the first ones to live in our house after it was remodeled because the previous tenants left their 3 kids...12, 6, and 2...home alone with a fire going and the house caught on fire. So I'm thinking not the most responsible adults. So, that was weird.

Well, I have to head out to the playgroup but I'll try to be back later. Ciao.

happy friday y'all! I had quite the exciting morning today. there was a SNAKE in my house!!!! I am scared of snakes all the way to my very cells. It doesn't matter how big they are, they totally and completely throw me over the edge. This one was only about 4 inches long but STILL! lol. I got it out of the house using a box and my swiffer duster handle since it extends lol
