The site is still down. 
Theresa is working on it. The timing... oh the timing! Server hardware crashes should be outlawed!!!
Gerry (nanasdinky) and I have partnered up and we are going to be the Scrappin' Pals :horn:
Tanteva - most of the challenges are individual ones. Usually there are 2 challenges that require team work. But NDISB only decides on the content of the challenge hosted at NDISB. All other challenges are made up by the other hosting sites so it is up to their imagination what the challenge will be about.

Any word on the site? So, I'm thinking...when the challenges start I'll start a thread each week so we can chit chat about how fun, hard, silly, ridiculous or whatever a challenge is. Or if we want to bounce some ideas off each other. Plus we can share our LO links and stuff. It will be fun. Off to check the site AGAIN!! For those of you concerned about not being able to sign up...don't be. they know the issues and they will change the dates you have to be signed up by, or who knows, even the dates they had planned for the contest. Who knows. I do know that they love the challenge and will do everything they can to make it successful. So, don't stress. I am so excited. this will be fun. also, something kinda fun...if you know how to make a blinkie...make one for your team. It is fun to have the bling.

Well the site's back up but it has old info so I guess they had to restore and go back to what they had last or something?? ADSR 5 info is up so maybe later today or tomorrow we can finally sign up :cheer2:

Yes, FINALLY :biggrin: the forum is back up but the URL changed slightly - you have to add an S to forum.

I think if you have the email from last year's ADSR info about where to sign up, you can use it. Will check to make sure.
Maaaaaaaaaan ... I was so upset when my external hard drive broke and I lost a tiny bit of data that wasn't backed up .... I can't even imagine the extent of trouble a hard drive failure causes for a scrap site...

Each team sends ONE email that signs up both partners.
And I am not sure when sign-ups end... will check that as well.

I am on the NDISB CT ... and I have been an ADSR volunteer in the last 2 rounds and looks like this year as well. (Oh yeah... and I am also a designer :behindsofa: LOL ...)
(That doesn't give me an edge over any other racer... I am actually not elligible for the grand prize and neither is my partner because of me...)
No one is trying to withhold any information. All simply got screwed up because of the HW failure. :smash: :hurt: Theresa has a full-time job and little kids so she is trying her very best to get things going ASAP.
The moment I know something I will let you all know.
ADSR is very special to me. It's what got me hooked on digiscrapping.
I love challenges :cheer2:

As promised, I am updating the moment I have news.
Because of the afore mentioned mess with the hard drive failure, which is still not completely fixed, the beginning of the ADSR6 as well as the sign ups have to be postponed. I don't know yet when it will start. In any case, there will be a 2-week window during which you can sign up and only then it will start. So it's safe to say that the race won't start at the end of February.
:juggle: I hope to come back with news about sign up starts ASAP.
