I like the circle frame/flower combo here, works really well with the bottom photo. And fiber arts are addictive, aren't they? I'm one of those yarn hoarders and constantly knitting and it's hard sometimes to fit in other things (like housework) around that!
These last few years have been a real challenge...I get a lot of photos from Instagram, so I know what you mean. I like the way you've used the fades here and the page looks full and beautiful!
Looking at dwsewbiz's beautiful spread https://oscraps.com/community/media/anna-aspnes-digital-art-project-2022-diane-pta8-december14-jpg.372627/ reminded me of a similar experience I had with my own grand. It was so hard for Harper to let go, especially after the attendant invited us all to...
Beautiful photos--they capture the wonder of a new discovery. We had the same experience with Harper on the vintage carousel on our family beach vacation this fall, especially after the attendant let us ride twice. Negotiation was necessary!
I like the triangle of monochromatic photos here overlaid with the movement of the red. Noting the mask--hope everybody's okay at your house. That cow/hat photo is A+!
This is really cool! DIY lumbermaking! What a beautiful finished project you will have. Nice use of that woody tree at lower right to complement the theme!
I love that you included the patterns! I gave up sewing when the bobbin thread broke just one too many times. The color and flow here are awesome, as is the story.
What a story...you had me right at the beginning with the exhaust manifold. I started to grimace, waiting for the outcome. Awesome depiction of the action in these two pages, and the backgrounds are perfect for the theme.
Welcome to baby Elliott! It was a wild 48-hour ride, with some major blips--the birthing center may look Instagram-worthy but needs to up its game big time. But all is now well, with everybody settled back home. Elliott of course is unparalleled in every way, and my heart is completely lost to...
Love the hat options on that one (have yet to try the fringe beard, as that’s where I did the mashups with other patterns). Looking forward to seeing your gnomes in the gallery!
