Love this! Me too! The phone company was allowed to pay us and train us before we turned (15 or 16?) and I was soon making good money and hoo boy, still a whole lot of "Your number please" out in the boonies in the late 60s. LOL
Love how warm and earthy all your pages are, but this one especially. The shop is almost worth a road trip from out here, but I'm kinda grounded to much shorter max miles now. ;)
Gorgeous and fun treatment of the photo and I love it with the purple. The falling sand that makes those light rays destroyed my first expensive digital camera in Antelope Canyon. It made me not want to go back but I kind of really wanted to go back. LOL
I studied the map to understand what the terrain was like at Porcupine Rim and it looked really interesting. We made a note to put it on our bucket list. The campground wasn't listed on the Manti-LaSal website, so it looked like maybe dispersed camping and a great place to explore.
After I finished sorting my photos and putting them away, I still loved this one of the Sand Flats Road near Porcupine Rim CG. I also wanted to save that first big complex snowflake I'D made when I combined my own XDX snowflake code with Garth's. Super easy and made me happy.
Wow this is wonderful and earthy and clean design and checks so many boxes for me. I love the vertical typography and the watercolor blending, and definitely the twig and that fantastic bit of burlap. Awesome take on the last color challenge, too. Just wow.
