Happy pi day! For those of you who write the date as 14.3, this will seem nonsense, but to the rest of us today is 3.14, or pi. So enjoy.

Plants can bring us connection with other life, joy, color, birds, butterflies, food. For some working in the garden is dirt therapy.

Wonderfully done and great story about the name. Did you know Nancy can be a nickname for Ann or Agnes? Two of my ancestors were called Nancy but named Agnes in their father's wills.

Seeing a Bald Eagle from our city yard was quite exciting, but seeing the returning nesting grackles and hearing them wasn't too shabby either.

I did this one with a photo from DH's extended family, but the idea is really from my own family's close association with railroads and train travel. The writing just came, a little stream of consciousness maybe.

I love early signs of spring, so that's where I've gone.
