The coral honeysuckle is a favorite of ours. It grows well, attracts hummingbirds, looks lovely, and doesn't go all over the place. It is showing signs of what's soon to come and I love the fancy shapes it's taking.
March 22 was spring but gray and chilly at the beaver marsh but blackbirds and grackles filled the air with sounds of spring. I was happy to get this photo of a Red-winged Blackbird on an usual perch.
