Oh, I can totally relate... hubby and I were talking about it the other day... what happened to jet lag??? I used to feel so jet lagged but now?? last year we traveled from Jakarata to Tahiti - SEVENTEEN-hour time difference and jet lag just never happened???

Consistency IS key indeed... when my kids were young, I used to get up 30 min before them just to have a quiet coffee and some me time before all hell broke loose... you dread getting up and yet you get up without hitting the snoose button... wow... that's hard...

you wake up to Christmas music all year round??? Seriously???? I think I am an early riser but 4:15 to go to a gym is insane... lol... your days sound long though, which is nice... not much's happening at my house after 8pm, but I never seem to be able to go to bed early...
