My Sister-In-Law says that my husband's lineage is Irish. They might have traveled to this country as so many Irish did. Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Construction: I started with ArtPlay Palette Melic Artsy Paper #2. I added one transfer from Artsy Transfers Melic_3. I revised the hue and saturation to get the greens / yellows to all these layers.
I duplicated and flipped vertically a single transfer layer and moved it toward the bottom (it just peaks out from under the bottom of the frames).
I used the ArtPlay Palette Melic_Frame and clipped the photo from Oscraps Callab BRAVE-PEOPLE by foxeysquirrel #2 (no longer available) to the mask. I then duplicated the photo, changed the blending mode to Color Burn. I placed a third duplicate behind the frame, using brushes to smear the colors to the left, right and bottom areas.
I added other various brushes from the Melic palette and Paper Textures No. 10 #2 & #4.
The lace, Shamrock and button are from the Melic palette. The Lace Transfer is from ArtPlay Palette Amaranthine.
The title is from Melic WordART Mix No.1.
