Abstractionist Entry for MoS
I love paint! I started with a photo of my DD's rat and wanted a soft gray background with some texture to it. I opened the file in Photoshop and used the Nik Collection Analog Effects to give it a Glow. I used the Quick Mask mode to brush back in a bit of the pink on her eyes and nose that had been desaturated. I clipped the photo to a soft, translucent mask and then got started with the paint. I used two png stamp/paint files, a spatter paint file, and some brushes to stamp some more. I then took the rat sumi-e brush and stamped that onto a new file. I took several different watercolor brushes, set the tips for Color/Hue Jitter and painted several new layers and clipped each one down onto the rat stamp. I did the same thing on the watercolor frame. Lastly, I opened the two Anna Scribbles, selected the White pixels, then painted over them using the same technique as above.
