Placed solid paper as my base
Positioned frame
Added my photo and clipped to frame mask
Duplicated photo and took into Topaz Studio 2 and applied a ‘look’
Duplicated photo once more and applied a high pass filter
Placed a couple of brushes as well as wordart, elements and record image
Added solid colour fill layer to make everything consistent
