This is our story for May 13th road rally (and I’m sticking with it).
Text Reads: What a beautiful spring day as we set out on our second road rally of the year. Beautiful Oregon around Hillsboro farmland was our route. All was going well after a rough start out of the Tualatin River NWR parking lot, or so we thought. When we hit the mid-break, the temperature hovered around 85 degrees F. We got out of the car and enjoyed the weather. Then disaster struck our timing device; my 2017 iPad told me it was too hot to turn on. Would we have to forfeit the rest of the rally because we didn't have registered checkpoints? Never. We sprung into action and turned on all our in-car AC, seats included. I removed the leather iPad case, which did the trick. We were off and running again! Moral of the story - never leave electronic devices in a hot car.
Construction: I started with FotoInspired Template Album 3B, page 8, and I flipped the fotoblendz layers vertically. I clipped my photos to the fotoblendz layers and frames. I revised the coloring of the tag with Chatter Solid Paper #4 and Spackle Textured No 6 #2, being carful to preserve the tag’s clip.
I then added the background paper, transfers, and brushes from the ArtPlay Palette Chatter.
