Process steps:
I created the layout using stamps for the background and adding a border overlay which I then duplicated and changed it to white. I flipped the white border overlay so it gave the layout a two-toned border in pink and white. I grouped of the layers and resize it then followed by added a patterned paper to the background and again I used the border overlay but change it to black so it would tie in with the black stamping.
