Made for the Artist inspiration challenge I was inspired by the sunset in a painting by Mary Ann Carroll, the first woman to join the Highway men

I edited a Florida foto with the oil paint filter , cut out (on several layers) but i was satisfied until I clipped the photo with a mask and grouped them and set the group on Hard light

I associate Florida with flamingo's and alligators (but they aren't fit for this friendly lay out) So I wanted to include with dolphins
