Noses are red, fingers are blue. I’m tired of winter, How about you?
My daughter captured this snowy pine a number of years ago and I saw it in my Facebook memories and thought it deserved a page all it’s own.
Construction: I placed a ArtPlay Palette Coolth Solid Paper 5 for the background. I placed Pattern Paper 2 from ArtPlay Palette Rejoice above the solid paper and changed the blending to Overlay with Opacity changed to 50% to make it look like snow falling.
I attached my picture to the Coolth FotoBlendz No.1_3 and revised with some brushing to better fit my photo.
I added various transfers from the palette to the area around the FotoBlendz.
Cluster: I used the foliage, blue button, string, word paper strip, and beads from the Coolth palette. I added a pine sprig from ZestyDesigns-Evergreen-foliage-02a and a snowy pinecone from ArtPlay Palette Apothic. I placed beaded thread Coolth WordART Mix No.1 Coolness on top of the cluster. Underneath the cluster, I placed only the FotoGlows from MultiMedia Flowers No.11_3D and MultiMedia Leaves No.9_3C, and Splatters No.13_3 in an off white color.
I added the title Coolth WordART Mix No. 1 - WhiteWord Cool. I duplicated the layer and changed the blending mode to Color Burn.
