Short run down on the process.
Solid papers 1 & 2 form the background. I bought the model in next and made adjustments in Topaz, then with a soft brush I added highlights etc to her face. From there I just added Transfers, overlays and flowers making adjustments by resizing, changing Opacity etc till I was happy.
Finishing off by converting it to a smart object and taking it into Camera Raw then Gaussian Blur.
