Made for the colorplay Challenge. I took this photo on a trip to Maastricht. Amazing city, amazing surroundings

I used some techniques I learned in a LI course. I copied the photo several times.I converted them in a Smart Object. I applied the fragmentation filter and set the blending mode (of the Smart filter) on Divide. I made an 9inverted mask on it so i could paint back what I wanted with a brush.
