'Light(s)'

Journaling: Light(s). We acquired a big box of lights from some friends this year. Made Eric happy as he dislikes the icicle light. Funny that he was under the impression that I only like them. The truth is I like any lights as long as I dont have to do them.

You learn something new everyday if you are open to the possibility, and this enlightenment is never perfect. I only learned of Leonard Cohen after he had passed away in November, on our wedding anniversary. There are no accidents in this universe. His words resonate perfectly with how I feel about my life and those that I share it with. In 2016, weve worked hard to embrace imperfection around here, and be open to the notion that what happens to us is neither good nor bad. It just is.
