I "cheated" my tofu came in a bag and it had the lemongrass already in it. With the food box, all I have to do is read the recipes and open the packages.Thank you for posting this. Did you use dried lemongrass?

Crispy Vegan Lemon Tofu
I made a similar breading for chicken cutlets for the omnivores and vegan lemon pasta on the side.
The key to that pasta recipe is to *not* use Goya coconut milk. Even the unsweetened still tastes too much like coconut.
Tom got a press for Christmas but I have to do it old school-- cast iron pan on top of the block. Does it make a big difference? Maybe I can ask him to borrow it for a week and give it a try.Oh, I have tofu in the press for tomorrow. Had other plans, but maybe we'll get to the store later tonight & I can get lemon & panko.

That's.... ummmm.... interesting...Wow. This is weird ... gotta try it sometime. I've never had sushi. I'd become a vegetarian before sushi became a thing in Sweden. Now I know you can get sushi with tofu at restaurants, but I'm still not sure. Anyway - gotta try this "tuna" sometime.
