Winter is here ...

It is snowing in Belgium, we already had a little taste in January. But now it promises to be very cold down to -18 ° C next week.
Blessed winter is finally here! Although I know that many people are already looking forward to spring.
And even though I am cold, I love snow so much!

In the Netherlands there is "panic" from the authorities (Aka Code Red) and much ado about the snow on twitter. But still no snow in my coastal place..

We had one snow in early January, but none since. We keep hearing that we might have some, but so far, none. The temperature today was a high of 46 degrees and expecting a low of 25. Looks like about the same forecast for the next week or so.

We didn't get enough snow this year and I definitely hopes for more next week when here also will cold down. But for now weekend is a spring alike and pleasure to be at the garden.

We had over a foot of snow in December, then over 2' last week, and are expecting another 5-7" today. Last winter it wasn't so bad but this year is killing me. I hate snow. I was wondering how much of that nasty weather you were getting, Chris! Here in southeastern Michigan we haven't had a lot of snow but right now are entering a week of very cold weather. For my part, I would rather have lots of snow than frigid cold.

Other than a freak ice storm in October, we've had a very mild winter so far. This coming week we aren't going to be above freezing for almost the whole week. I am one of the ones eagerly awaiting spring! Maybe if we got pretty snow like y'all I would feel differently lol

We haven’t had any snow this year but we might get a few inches this week. The temps are dropping to quite a bit below normal for this time of year. A little bit of snow would be pretty, just not too much

I think I would prefer cold over snow because the roads here get really bad and my town and county are notorious for not plowing well. But darn, once I get cold, especially my feet, I can't warm up again.

I really dislike the cold. Seems like the entire top half of the world is freezing. Makes me wonder if 2021 is going to be like the movie The Day After Tomorrow!
