What are the funny things....

Chris, I think I found where you can set permissions for images in FF. Mine is in Dutch tho, I will try to describe where it is but I might not use the exact menu names!
Go to Tools/Options/Content
Where it says Load images automaticly, click exceptions. Then enter the adress of my photobucket http://s32.photobucket.com/home/Roxy1976
and click Allow. Hopefully that will solve your problem!

@Sue: yep, late 70's, early 80's. I'm from 1976.

oh bugger! Kim I followed your directions, which were perfect. And I still can't get it to work. :( But thank you so much- I'll keep trying!

KIM!!!!!!!!!!!! What a cutie!! and OMG!! Yes your kids look just like you as a baby!!!! HEHE about the Hat!!! Isn't it funny about the things you look at back then and you wonder if you parents were living on another planet?? Totally adore that one of you and your little brother at Christmas!! You look so happy and loving to one another!!! SWEET!!!

Thanks ladies about my photos!! My Dad loves to take photos!! so there are loads!!! Most of them from our youger days are on 35mm slides...and I have been slowly scanning them to the computer (I bought a scanner that would do slides and negatives just for this reason). He always had to have the latest electonics for anything (always the first for computers, music,TVs and cameras..which he has the Nikkon D90 now)...he was an Engineer...go figure!!!

Sue...I hope you can find some photos!! would love to see your cute little girlie self!! :)

Ona...Bummer that you don't have any early years....neither of my parents have any...I hate that....the earliest photo of my Dad is when he was in HS..there are two of those...and only two or three of my Mom when she was a pre teen.

This is the MOST fun thread!!!!!!

HEY HELEN.................SEE WHAT YOU STARTED WITH THAT LAYOUT!!! Those Aussies...always starting up stuff HEHEHE!! :hail: to our :aussieflag friends!!

hahahaha!! Nana!!!! leave it to the Aussies to stir things up!!! LOL!!!

KIM!!! I just love your memories and you are the same vintage as my third son who was born in 1976. LOL! about the haircut!! I must admit that my eldest son had a terrible hair style in 6th Grade, I cut it for him and of course there is no style whatsoever and OF COURSE he remembers THAT ONE as well, and NOT for any good reasons!! bwhahaha!!! I learnt my lesson after that one and took them to the hairdressers after that!!

My daughter was born the year before and I remember her and her BFF singing along to Michael Jackson out on the back verandah!! LOL!! they had THE white glove and all and would be out there on a Saturday afternoon singing and dancing their hearts out!! how I wish I had had a decent camera back then to capture that!!! they both remember those days and still have a big laugh when they get to gether!!! :)
