Well...I have good and bad news...and in my little world they are extremes in both categories...Bad news first...I'll be in and out around here for a bout a week, I just received news that one of my close cousins shot himself. He didn't kill himself but is extremely brain damaged. The parents will be pulling the plug tonight. So we are getting ready to head to WV to give as much comfort as we can in a time like this. Now Good news...I got PUBLISHED!! First time for everything huh :) I'm in the may issue of The Artisan Notebook! Two Layouts to boot! All that being said I'm off to pack...at least I'll have a cool magazine to read on the way to misery...Take care everyone and I'll see ya when I get back!! (Don't have toooo much fun without me!! :-D)
 
Oh my gosh Kristen. I am so, so sorry to hear about your cousin. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family!

That is so sad!! I hope you being there is comforting to the family. There is nothing that makes sense in that situation. On the lighter side, how fun to be published. Such an honor.
