There is this email address to contact Oscraps... support@oscraps.com, where you can mail to if you are in need for some support, right!? So if you have problems with an order you have payed money for, that's the place to go, right?

Why isn't anyone answering my emails I've send in the last month?

Well if this isn't going to help me to get in contact with some O-people! What do I have to do????

sorry the support email did not support you Jopke . The quickest way to get Vicki is to mail her at: Vicki at oscraps.com
I hope you get it sorted soon.

Sorry Jopke! There are several times when Vicki has found emails to support in the Spam filter. Don't ever feel afraid to let us know if you haven't heard back within a weekish of your email! We always want to take care of our people!!! We'll make sure Vicki sees this and gets to you!

I've directed Vicki to this thread. Like they said above...occasionally the emails get lost in the junk mail folders. She'll get back to you as soon as she's able.

I see all these wonderful people doing pages in support of a challenge. My question is where do you find the original challenge and instructions? I feel this should be real easy, but ... one I was particularly interested in is Anna Aspen's color challenge. Could you direct me to the instructions on this challenge? Thanks, Debby

Basic Help

I need to find a place where I can get assistance with:

1. Adding a link
2. Adding a photo to a thread
3. Adding a link to your photo in the gallery.

I have tried, researched, and yet when I add the link after my product -- either I get the entire link typed out; or, I get a [ link ] that goes no where.
