plastic that is!!


We have all seen the terrible pictures of the plastic that is in our oceans, but today I saw plastic in a tree!

I hope it stays with this one tree!!

This time of year is so depressing for me- we have so many plastic bags stuck in trees. I do my best to not use them. In another month, it will be warm enough to get outside and clean out the garbage that has been blowing around the last few months.



Diane, I have to ask: you seem surprised to see this- it this uncommon in the EU for plastic to be flying around or litter to be on the ground? It is way too common where I live.

you see litter here too, esp next to the litter bin, but I just think I never look up that much?
Now with the trees still without leaves and the bright blue sky, it was just the moment to look up and see it.

when it is in your garden you can usually pick it up, it is not to high,
but this was so high, I never noticed this before.

it's so windy in Oklahoma this is actually a pretty common sight here.

Don't see that around here. I heard about a possible ban on balloons in parks around here but don't know if that is in effect yet or not. We don't see a lot of litter around here anywhere. It's a pretty clean area.
