I couldn't open the gallery yesterday directly at all. A couple of times it appeared to open, but just showed a blank page. So, I tried opening the forum first, then went to the gallery, and that worked. I keep a link on my desktop to the gallery, forum, and store. Today the gallery is opening fine for me.having a hard time with the gallery - so slow, often wont even load
800x800 is in the gallery guidelines here... I guess this is because most designers want 800x800...I have to say, our guidelines state that it is supposed to be 600x600, but TONS of people do 800x800...I could totally see that affecting the gallery, which the gallery is usually where I have the most issues
Yeah, I was just texting with Vicki and she told me she had upgraded it to that...but on the main gallery it still says 600x600, and that is all that I have seen since I have been working on the layouts for the newsletter...sorry...LOL It DOES help the server if y'all can do smaller...just sayin' If certain designers want larger, maybe email them?800x800 is in the gallery guidelines here... And for me, 600x600 is all I need when doing my own ads or newsletter...I don't know what the other designers are using the larger layouts for...maybe they do larger than 600x600 in their newsletters...not sure
It depends on what the designer wants to use the layout for, if they are using it for things like videos etc sometimes the size required can be 1500x1500.Yeah, I was just texting with Vicki and she told me she had upgraded it to that...but on the main gallery it still says 600x600, and that is all that I have seen since I have been working on the layouts for the newsletter...sorry...LOL It DOES help the server if y'all can do smaller...just sayin' If certain designers want larger, maybe email them?
