Shoe addict

Are you a shoe addict?
Well it is common knowledge that women have a shoe addiction. I know many colleagues who have a pair of shoes with every dress.
On the other hand, i just buy a pair of new shoes every season. Or if i'm lucky i can buy a pair of extra shoes in the sales. I have been using supports soles (don't know if this is the good translation) for years, so i need special shoes and they quickly cost 150 to 200 euros! No shoe rack full of new shoes for me.
How about you ?

I used to. Now, I basically have my UGG boots I wear all winter and Crocs flip flops all summer. In that in between time, I go with trainers. I am all about the comfort factor now.

I'm with you Vicki. I have a closet full of expensive heels that I wore religiously while working. Not any more. I actually cannot even get my feet into them any more.

It is slippers around the house and runners outside. If I can find a pair of shoes with zippers even better. They are faster to throw on when the dog wants out NOW I can't wait!
One of these days I will donate them.

For home, Birckenstock and Flip Flops are my favorites ...

A friend of ours who is really shoe addict ... all shoes from a designer in Bruges ... Chris Vos ... his wife comes crazy ...

LOL i also have 2 dresses in my closet, but only 1 pair of shoes for it

I used to be a shoe addict. It didn't help that I worked in a shoe store when I was in high school either. It is amazing that I saved any money at all.
I also used to live in heels. I had one pair of sneakers that stayed in my gym locker. Now my idea of facy shoes are my flowered Dr Martens

I used to live in heels too, that was long ago when I worked in the Bank. Now I live in sneakers, hiking boots and flip flops. I have two pair of heels, that I will probably never wear again. One pair I bought to go with my new dress I purchased to wear in Paris. Then I fell down the stairs and twisted my ankle, so I never did get to wear those. :mmph:

I am all about comfort too! No high heels for me! I buy a pair every season! I like casual and sportive! I like to go to shopping outlets and buy them in sales too!

I used to have a large shoe collection... many years ago. I can't wear high heels anymore due to back and foot issues. 2" heels are my limit now and only for dressy occassions. So most are now flats, sandals, or tennies. Comfort is the name of the game any more. Last month I had to toss out 5 pair of my 'dressy' shoes as the leather on them was cracking. May try to find a couple of pair to replace them this year.
